Our Vision

Our vision to see individuals and families transformed by the grace of God through the power of the Holy Spirit. To accomplish this vision, we believe in helping people discover their unique giftedness in the Lord Jesus. By helping others find their place in the church and the community they can reach others as well with the good news of the gospel. Our mission to carry out this vision is accomplished by three words. KNOW, GROW & SHARE.

Know! Salvation is to be saved from one’s own sins and to learn how to walk with God by faith. To know one is saved is to be empowered to grow in that experience of being Born again as noted in the story told by Jesus. John 3:3 Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot enter the kingdom of God.”

Grow! Spiritual development is vital to the walk of a new believer of Jesus Christ. We call this process being a disciple of Jesus. Discipleship is a lifelong process of learning how to live as God desires of us in a lifestyle of being holy in our behavior and lifestyle. Romans 12:2 says, “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing, and perfect will.”

Share!  Everyone has a mission. That is everyone is called to serve others. We believe knowing and growing leads quickly to serving others. Matthew 28:19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. When we Know Him then we ought to Grow in that relationship which quickly leads to loving others through a spirit of self-sacrifice and service to others.

The mission from Jesus to his disciples was simple.

Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28-19-20

His purpose is ours regardless of time or culture. In our culture it seems we can easily get lost with the many distractions that can demand our attention. If we are not prayerful and careful, we can easily forget why we are here and why we exist as a church.

What We Believe

We believe in one God-the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe that the Old and New Testament Scriptures, given by plenary inspiration, contain all truth necessary to faith and Christian living.

We believe that man is born with a fallen nature, and is, therefore, inclined to evil, and that continually.

We believe that the finally impenitent are hopelessly and eternally lost.

We believe that the atonement through Jesus Christ is for the whole human race; and that whosoever repents and believes on the Lord Jesus Christ is justified and regenerated and saved from the dominion of sin.

We believe that believers are to be sanctified wholly, subsequent to regeneration, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe that the Holy Spirit bears witness to the new birth, and also to the entire sanctification of believers.

We believe that our Lord will return, the dead will be raised, and the final judgment will take place.
